Microscopy Conference 2029 Information round

The Dreiländer-Tagung Microscopy conference brings together over 1,000 experts from Germany, Switzerland and Austria to discuss the latest advances in microscopy, including innovative AI applications, cryo-electron microscopy and molecular imaging. This prestigious event encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and showcases the latest research in materials and life sciences. The next conference is going to be in Switzerland, which is really exciting. This means that the international microscopy community will be able to look forward to new collaborations, inspiring talks and a unique Swiss backdrop.

Here, we would like to gather ideas from our community to start the organization on the right track. If needed, you can have a look at the last microscopy meeting (Karlsruhe 2025) for inspiration.
